Found a small bike street. Had about 5 shops with some nice scooters. One shop only deals in read deal imports if you’re looking for a pricey 80k bike it’s the place to go to. The rest of the shops offer bikes from 2k to 8k. If anyone is interested in buying a small scooter message me and I’ll tell you where to go.

Are there any spots in Qingdao with fiber? I really don’t want 4m as the max dsl speed. Any areas have 10m?

Howdy Folks,
How all y’all doin’?
I just wanted to introduce myself. My name’s Bill from Memphis Tennessee currently living in Tianjin been here for about the last 6 years but I’m finally able to escape. Meaning my wife finally said ”Ok Ok, Yes, we can move.”
I’ve been teaching English and traveling Asia since I dropped 25 feet off a telephone pole while working about 9 years back.
I’ll be joining y’all on the beach hopefully in September maybe August if I’m lucky.
I’ve got one daughter who is almost 4 and another baby on the way should be making his or her appearance around December. So if anyone has any young kids I’d love to get some advice on where to go.
Anyhow look forward to seeing yall around town.
Just FYI If anyone is ever forced to come up to Tianjin check out Tianjinexpats.com for help from the locals. I’m a mod on the board and it’s usually a helpful place.
Cheers Bill, thanks for the tip, welcome to Qingdao whenever you can make it. September is still beach weather here, you know the Autumn tiger lasts through October, and it doesn’t get really cold until late November (which is when the heat is switched on, if you have municipal ”nuan qi” in your apt).
