Hi

My old man will be coming to visit Qingdao in January and I want to book him a hotel with a sea view (he has just spent 13 years in prison and has not seen the sea in all that time!!).

can anybody recommend a nice hotel that is between 200-300 RMB/night

Well, since we are in China you can guess what happend:

They didn’t get all approvals on time. Maybe some official is still waiting for his free tickets

Flights are now scheduled to start on 8. January and not as planned in late November. People that bought tickets already were reimbursed.

hi guys, can you recommend any good hostels or cheap hotels in beijing? i’ll stay there for about 2 nights before i’ll come to qd and since i’ve never visited beijing or even china before i look for something that isn’t too much of a nerve-racking experience in the beginning and not too hard to find either. thanks for any suggestions and hopefully see you soon
