the best place near Crowne Plaza (maybe one of the best bars in QD) is Old Jack’s, it’s on Yanerdao Lu just north of the hotel, about 2 minutes walk. Go out of the front doors of the Crowne Plaza, turn right, at the corner light turn left and on the left hand side across from the Book City, you will find a small pub, not very clearly marked, with an awning, next to the cake shop, that’s Old Jack’s… hands down the best pub within walking distance of the CP…
