UPDATE: The 2010 Qingdao Mint High Music Festival has been cancelled for reasons unspecified by the organizers.

The 2010 Qingdao Mint High Music Festival begins on August 26th at the Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center and features live music for 3 days. Qingdao bands Fancy World and The Dama Llamas are on the bill along with SUBS, AK47, and Qingdao’s favorite hip hop personality who raps in Qingdaohua, the incomparable MC Sha Zhou. Compared to the Golden Beach Music Festival, the Mint High Music Festival has more local talent on the roster and takes place right in downtown Qingdao at the Olympic Sailing Center. Please note that the band schedule is subject to change at organizer’s discretion.
